In stock items are available for immediate shipment via our online store. We are also available to help anytime by contacting us directly, through our distributers, or through select opportunities at horse shows.

Shipping can vary depending on the weight of the product and delivery location. 

• Most items ship UPS. We can ship domestically within the continental USA and internationally.
•  In stock items typically ship within 48 hours of the order time.
• For international shipping and overseas shipping please contact us on Facebook or email us at info@bestbarnsolutions.com before placing your order. We will provide a custom shipping quote. 
• For larger quantity orders (10 or more units) please contact us. We may be able to offer custom shipping quotes and/or provide custom delivery options for customers located in the mid-west. 
• Items are professionally and packed. Large volume orders may ship freight. 

We accept most major forms of secured payment solutions including credit, debit, and apple pay.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
  
• For custom/in person deliveries we can also accept offline payments via check.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Return Policy

We take an immense amount of pride in our products but in the event we need to make it right, we offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.

Due to our commitment to primarily solid steel designs and the associated cost to ship these items, we cannot offer free return shipping. All customers must pay for return shipping and are responsible for repackaging items for return. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must not be damaged and must have been used as intended. Any damaged items returned that are not a result of a manufacturing defect are subject to review and may not be eligible for a refund.  
  
• Returns can be initiated by contacting us at info@bestbarnsolutions.com. Please include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We encourage all customers to review product specifications in advance of purchase and to contact us regarding any questions to ensure the product meets exact expectations before ordering.
• If the return is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method. Shipping expenses associated with the order will not be refunded.
